Hello Thank you for your reply. Let me correct my previous message, as I noticed a small mistake. I am experiencing an issue with account 183552A, which currently has a balance of $10,070. In the Trade Window for the chart (see attached screenshot), 183552A is not active, and profits or losses are not being recorded. Could you please advise how I can activate 183552A? When Trade Simulation Mode is turned On, I can trade normally and all profits and losses are recorded correctly on the demo account. However, when I turn Trade Simulation Mode Off, account 183552A does not appear in the Trade Window. The account field is blank, and any trades I place are not being recorded.
