Hello, Sierra Chart Username: Frank7979 My COMEX futures (Gold — e.g. GCQ26-COMEX / GCV26-COMEX) are receiving delayed market data (~14 minutes), while my CME futures (NQ, ES) are real-time and working correctly. Both are on the Denali Data Feed. On my account's Activate Services page, the exchange CME / CBOT / NYMEX / COMEX shows all three items activated (green): Denali Data Feed active, Exchange Agreements signed, and Exchange activated. Despite this, the Message Log explicitly reports the COMEX feed as delayed: Delayed Data Feed | Starting real-time market data updates for: GCV26-COMEX (GCV26). ID: 4 Service code: comex HD Request # 35 | Received Intraday data records from 2026-07-02 to 2026-07-09 07:07:46 (7.0 days. Delay: 14.3 minutes) Could you please tell me exactly what is required to enable real-time COMEX (metals) market data on my account? Specifically: Is there a separate real-time market data subscription/fee for CME Group (NYMEX/COMEX) that I still need to activate, beyond the exchange agreement already signed? Is a Professional / Non-Professional market data self-certification pending on my account? Is there anything on my side blocking real-time COMEX entitlement while CME works fine? This is affecting live trading, so a prompt reply would be greatly appreciated. I can send the full Message Log via "Send For Analysis" if helpful. Thank you, Frank |
