The exchange that you had active in June did not automatically renew on July 1, 2026, due to insufficient funds in your account at that time. We see that you have added funds and activated an exchange since you posted this, so you should be fine now. -- We do not understand what you mean by "I don't receive a text message with the code, so I can't pay." If you have your card setup to require you to get a code, then that is outside of our processes and not something we can help with.
