Hello, I would like to know the total monthly cost for the setup I need. My goal is to trade: * COMEX Gold Futures (GC) * Bitcoin Futures (CME) I want: * Package 12 (Advanced Features + MBO) * Full Market Depth (Level 2 / DOM) * Market By Order (MBO) * Footprint / Numbers Bars * TPO / Market Profile I will open and fund a live futures account if required. Could you please tell me: 1. What is the total monthly cost, including: * Sierra Chart Package * All required exchange fees * Gold (COMEX) * Bitcoin Futures (CME) * Market Depth * MBO * Any other required fees 2.
