Hello, I am having a problem with Sierra Chart using Rithmic Direct - DTC through Lucid Funding. Yesterday everything worked correctly. Today Sierra Chart connects successfully to Rithmic and I can place orders, but I receive no real-time market data. The charts remain frozen and Time and Sales does not update. I have already completed the following troubleshooting steps: - Updated Sierra Chart to the latest version. - Restarted my computer. - Tested both Chicago Aggregated and Chicago Non-Aggregated servers. - Verified that R|Trader Pro connects successfully. - Verified that Teton data works correctly in Sierra Chart. - Created new charts. - Reloaded chart data. - Sent the Message Log using "Send For Analysis". The Message Log repeatedly shows messages like: "Server indicated market data is not supported. Not sending market data request." and "Historical data service client indicated that downloads are not enabled." Orders can still be transmitted, but no market data is received. Could you please review the Message Log I already submitted and tell me why Sierra Chart is not receiving market data from Rithmic? Thank you very much. |
