The first issue is that the exchange that you had active in June did not automatically renew on July 1, 2026, due to insufficient funds in your account at that time.

You can activate the exchange(s) for which you want real-time data for the CME Group at the following link:

Separately, your log shows your "Current Selected Service" as "SC Data", but you have symbols that are used for connections to "Teton CME routing". You need to update your symbols for the service you are connected to by selecting "Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service".

When you change your Current Selected Service and select OK to close the Data/Trade Service Settings window, you are prompted to update the symbols at that time. You should select "Yes" to that query. But if you forget, or open a different chartbook later, then use the above command to update.

You are running a very old version of Sierra Chart. You really need to update before you are forced to do so due to changes that stop your being able to get data or connect to certain services. We are actually a bit surprised that you have not already had an issue with that version. To update, follow these instructions:
