With a recent release, the Price column can be adjusted in size. Previously, even if you limited the number of characters, the size of the price column was always what was needed to display the entire price. Now the column can be adjusted in size, so it can be changed to only be as wide as what is actually displayed in the column. It looks like you changed the size of the column a little which is why you are not able to see the entire price showing with the crosshairs. Adjust the column width a bit larger so you can see all of the numbers if this is what you need.
