I have an instance of SC that I didn't open for 3 months. When I went to open it, I had the same yellow message. The wording "Waiting" to download is confusing as, what is it waiting for? But I just let it be, and eventually, probably after 15-20 minutes the yellow banner went away. I think the banner should read, "Downloading Historical Data". Or if "Waiting" is the correct word choice, help us understand what SC is waiting so long for? I seems like it's waiting and waiting and then after it's done waiting, it then downloads the data rather quickly. Again, this is confusing.
