The connection between the what Ironbeam does and Sierra Chart is handled by your Sierra Chart Account Name. Everything sounds like you have it setup properly, in which case the most likely issue is that Ironbeam did not enter your Sierra Chart Account Name properly. Your name is the following, with the middle redacted:

Make sure they have the uppercase/lowercase and space properly setup for your account.
