**Subject:** Teton CME Routing - "No trade accounts assigned"

Hello Sierra Chart Support,

I am trying to reconnect my live IronBeam account to Sierra Chart using Teton CME Routing, but I am unable to connect.

**Sierra Chart Account:** Ricardo Fernandez
**IronBeam Account Number:** 23214425

I have already confirmed with my broker, **IronBeam**, that my account is fully configured for **Teton CME Routing**. They verified that everything is set up correctly on their end and advised me to contact Sierra Chart because they do not see any issues with my account.

On the Sierra Chart side, I have:

* Renewed my Sierra Chart Service Package (Package 12).
* Selected **Teton CME Routing** with **IronBeam** as the clearing firm.
* Activated the **Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts** exchange.
* Restarted Sierra Chart after completing the setup.

Every time Sierra Chart attempts to connect, it immediately returns the following error:

**Connection error: No trade accounts assigned**

Could you please verify that my IronBeam account (**23214425**) is correctly associated with my Sierra Chart account for Teton CME Routing? If there is any additional configuration or authorization required on the Sierra Chart side, please let me know.
