Hello, On 2026‑06‑25 my account was charged twice for Service Package 3. Two separate $26 deductions were applied from my account credit. Please correct this and restore the extra $26 to my balance. Thank you. please explain the breakdown of payments and credits in the account after this adjustment. very confusing |
