Are you stating that you inititated a trade, which resulted in an open position, but that position is not showing in your Sierra Chart? If so, then how was this trade initiated? Was it done from Sierra Chart, or outside of Sierra Chart? If the trade was initiated on Sierra Chart, then was it done in the same chart you are viewing? If it was on a different chart, is that chart showing the position line? If you select "Trade >> Trade Positions Window" does an open position show in there?
