What is "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Current Selected Service" set to? And when you open a chart for ESU26, exactly what is the symbol you are using to open the chart (i.e. what is the symbol of the chart)? And exactly what happens when you open that chart for ESU26? is the software crashing? Is it hanging? Are you getting the message that data is being downloaded? If the software is not crashing, then are you able to interact with the software while it is downloading the data (can you select a top level menu like "File" and have that menu open and show the list of items within it)?
