Hello, My Sierra Chart has been frozen for about 1.5 hours. I closed Sierra Chart completely. I shut down the computer and left it powered off for about 30 minutes. After restarting Windows, the problem is still exactly the same. Yesterday everything was working normally and we were configuring charts and studies. Could you please tell me what might be causing this issue and how to diagnose it if it happens again? Thank you. |
