It could be the configuration settings. Or something else, or a combination of factors. We really do not know what it could be. We tend to lean towards custom studies, as these can have the largest impact. There is an option for a custom study to recognize when it is being removed from a chart (which will also be the case when the system is closing down). So a custom study could do anything at that time, which would cause the system to wait until that functionality is completed.
