The only thing we can say is that the subgraphs for the Numbers Bars are a bit different due to how the Numbers Bars is setup. The Minimum/Maximum values for the current bar should be available. We do see that previous bars sometimes show values and sometimes do not. It is best to use a "Study Subgraph Reference" to get the information for these items.
