In general, when we look into various incidents, we typically do not see anything on our end of things. The one exception being what occurred on June 9, 2026. Given a burst of data, and that we handle it just fine on our end, the implication is that it is something in the connectivity between your system and our servers that is causing the issue. Since the data uses the public Internet for transmission, there simply is nothing we can do, and there is nothing specifically in Sierra Chart that can be done to "resolve" it. We do our best to minimize any impact, but if there is an issue with packet transmission somewhere along the line, then that is not anything we have control over.
