Hi John, thank you for the response. It wasn't just on Jun 9 for me. It had occurred in the past each time a headline drops with significant reaction. I have a parallel jigsaw trading DOM that is connected to tradovate, which doesn't freeze at all. I have recordings of it. What other possible fixes are there? Thank you again. |
