Hello, I am a live funded account trader with Dorman Trading. My live trading account number is: YUANYUNJIE2024 My Sierra Chart account name is: YYJ18888 I have already configured my Sierra Chart to use "Teton CME Routing" and successfully connected to the data feed in live mode. However, the Denali Exchange DataFeed page still shows the orange warning [!] and prevents me from subscribing to the CME data. Could you please manually verify my live account status and remove the restriction for me? Thank you! |
