For some reason, that installation of Sierra Chart that you have connected to Rithmic has the option for "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" set to "No". This means that you are getting your data from Rithmic in this case, not from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, which is why you are having the issue you are. Rithmic has a lack of historical data, so what you are seeing is normal for Rithmic. Is there a reason why you have the above setting set to "No" in this case? You are setup to get data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed to two different computers simultaneously. Is this installation running on a third computer?
