You do not have any exchanges setup with us to get real-time data for the CME Group. You did have data setup in April, but it did not renew on May 1, 2026 due to insufficient funds in your account at that time. Our guess is that you have the "Market Data" and "Historical Data" fields blank on your "Data/Trade Service Settings" window, which would be why you are not getting any data when you connect to Rithmic. And when you are connected to "SC Data" or "Teton", you are getting delayed streaming data, not the real-time data.
