There have been no changes to how the chart scrolls, so there is nothing that should be causing an issue. Keep in mind that there is a "temporary" lock fill space option, where if you hold down the 'CTRL' button and use the scroll wheel, then the chart will act like the "Lock Fill Space" is enabled, until the chart is scrolled to the end (most current bar) and then that lock goes away. We wonder if this may be what you are seeing. Otherwise, there isn't anything else we can think of for what you are seeing. Are you only having this issue with a particular tool (such as Hand, or with the scroll wheel)?
