I would like to get back to you with new information. I suspect that it has something to do with Limit Chase Orders.

1. As far as the Trade Orders window is concerned, the symbol itself seems to be okay. But there it clearly shows that a MARKET order has been executed. That shouldn't be the case. I execute my Attached Order (SL included) via Keyboard Shortcut "Buy Bid -1 Tick".

More info: No proper "Order filled" pop up appears from Trader Workstation in this whole scenario.

Another observation while trading Futures: Today, it did not occur while trading the DAX in a "quiet" market. But I also tested it on the S&P 500 in a rather "stormy" market, and it happened again.
Side note why rather not a symbol issue: actually, it already happened trading the DAX before, although I can't remember if in a "quiet" or "stormy" market

I therefore suspect that "Use Limit Chase Orders" might be the culprit. I am on SC for approx. two to three weeks. One day, I added Chase Orders, and strangely, a few days after, it happened for the first time.
My thoughts: Maybe the orphaned SL executes independently as a Market order in IBKR.
Typical scenario in the DOM:
1. Limit Order being touched → disappears
2. Tight SL being touched a few seconds after → disappears
3. Result: "Clean DOM" + no TWS "Order filled" pop-up + no Position Indication in the DOM → misleading that no order has been placed

It would already be a success to protect me from a "naked" Market Order that sits silently in IBKR without SL. Super dangerous. Gemini recommends:

1. Ticking "Use Server Side Bracket Orders" to "Yes".

2. Reviewing TWS API Pacing Settings in SC

3. Enabling Position Synchronization

What is your take on that?

Very appreciated!
