You are having severe connection issues as noted by these items in your log:
2026-06-02 12:14:48.420 | Socket (2) | Close event error. Windows error code 10053: An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine. *

2026-06-02 12:16:02.118 | Error getting address info for ds45.sierracharts.com. Windows error code 11001: No such host is known. *

Since you are having an issue with Domain Name Service (DNS) as noted by the "No such host is known" error, we recommend rebooting your computer and then trying to run Sierra Chart alone and see how it works.

If you continue to have these kind of errors in your log, then you would need to use a different Internet Service Provider and see if you continue to have the same problems - we are guessing that you would not. in which case, you should change your provider.

Another possibility is that you added items to your "hosts" file on your system, but this is highly unlikely. But, if you did, then you would need to undo those changes.
