The Trading DOM is the separate window that just has the DOM on it. It does not have any bars. The Chart DOM is the DOM that is associated with a chart that also has bars displayed in the graphics area.

First, you need to determine if you want to make the changes to the Trading DOM globally or just for that one chart itself. Refer to the following regarding this:
Graphics Settings: Using Different Color and Graphics Settings for Specific Charts

The above setting is now located in the "Settings" tab for the Graphics Settings windows under the "Chart" menu.

If you want to change the colors globally, then make sure the above setting is set properly, then select "Global Settings >> Graphics Settings - Color". Then go to the "Trade DOM" tab and make the changes there.

If you want to change the colors just for that one Trading DOM, then make sure the above setting is set properly, then select "Chart >> Graphics Settings >> Graphics Settings - Colors" and select the "Chart DOM" tab and make your changes there.

These changes for the graphics settings are relatively new, so there may be a few items that we will work out, such as the term "Chart DOM" in that case.
