We are not really understanding the particular issue. The drawing tools, in general, do not work in the DOM. And we really do not understand what you mean by "not all drawing tools are functioning within the DOMs VBP area as expected." Please give us more specific information on what you are trying to do, or what worked previously, but is not now.
