If your "Trade Activity Log" is blank, then you need to adjust the filters to show the specific trade you are wanting to view. Refer to the following: Trade Activity Log: Common Instructions to Set Trade Activity Log Display Settings There was no information in your "Trade Service Log" that showed an issue for YM from what you gave us previously. Therefore, there was no "problem" with the particular orders. Therefore, what you are seeing must be due to how you have the orders setup for that chart. That is why you need to look at the Trade Activity Log to determine what happened with that order.
