Hello Support Team,

starting yesterday we experience 1. strange behaviour of a chart causing also 2. problems connecting to IB-TWS and 3. preventing all ordering.

Setup:

SC Real Time Data Feed
Interactive Brokers Live Account
SC Version 1199
TWS Version newest

Chartbook with 3 instruments. Each instrument has 4 charts and 1 DOM plus T&S list. Each instruments charts are linked, so there are 15 Charts, 5 charts are linked at a time.

Description of problem:

What happend first is chart DOM scale widens inexplicable. Please refer to screenshot:

What happens second is no drawing is possible in chart.

What happens third is no ordering possible from chart.

What happens fourth is no ordering possible from chart with widened scale and chart DOM [Crude Oil (CL) in this case].

What happens fifth is ordering seems possible from different, linked chart - but connection seems to get lost during ordering. On confirming TWS connection request ordering seems to be cancelled, so no position.

We are asking for advice how to solve the strange chart behaviour as well as even more urgent the inability to trade!

message log selection (by the way: why is account# sometimes completely visible in message log and sometimes hidden with a * (would be better consistent hidden for posting log)?
