The first thing to do, if the position is not in Sierra Chart, but is still open in the market, is to either use a different system (such as TWS) or call your broker and make sure everything is setup properly, or have them close out the position. Once you have dealt with the immediate issue, then you can look into troubleshooting what occurred. In this particular case, we are confused by your statement that "as soon as my Limit order is touched, the position kind of DISAPPEARS from the DOM." If you had an option position with a Target Limit order and the Limit order was touched, then this should have closed out your position. In this case, it sounds like Interactive Brokers did not properly close your position.
