Dear team, This is a request for a critical issue regarding Interactive Brokers, taking place all of a sudden. I open a new position via my Attached Order (within the DOM). However, as soon as my Limit order is touched, the position kind of DISAPPEARS from the DOM. The attached Stop and its Breakeven functionality are no longer visible. The critical part is that the position was yet silently executed and is open in Trader Workstation. Even worse is that it is completely unprotected without the Stop Loss. In this particular, this happened while trading DAX via Futures. Maybe it is also important to mention that after realizing, I executed my shortkey for "Flatten & Cancel" which has not helped.
