We see that you have already set this option up. The rest of this thread is for others that may come across this.
The option to evaluate Package 12 is on the Main Control Panel for your account on our website. You can get to this page by selecting "Help >> Account Control Panel" within your Sierra Chart software. The direct link is here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php#MainControlPanel On that page, near the middle, where all the information for your account is located, is an entry for "Current Service Package:". To the right of this, you will see your package selection and then a link that states "Evaluate Highest Available Service Package". Select that link and then follow the instructions from there. Note that this is an "Evaluation", therefore you do need to have a package active while using this. It is different from how the Trial works. Hi John. I'm currently on package 10 with an active 12 month subscription. Meanwhile, I was thinking about testing the package 12. I had package 12 for a short period about 2 years ago, I think. As I realized back then that I wasn't getting any advantage from it I went back to package 10. However, currently my trading system has evolved substantially since then and I've been thinking about upgrading again.
