If someone is using your card to make payments to Sierra Chart, and you have not approved of this use, then you need to report your card as being stolen to your bank. We do want to point out that there are only two recent payments to your account. You can view these in the "Transaction Log" for your account at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=TransactionLog These payments were done as you have setup Automatic Payments with us, therefore you card is charged automatically when there is a need to "top up" your account for upcoming fees.
