Refer to the Input descriptions for that study here. This is explained: Time Range Highlight This cannot be changed. The highlighting is always exactly aligned to the chart bars. Every study is that way including Volume by Price . So we do not know why you are saying this: because the highlighted area does not align with other studies that respect the exact times -> for example the Volume by Price profile boundaries.
