The only item we see from that information is that you must have the "Lock Time in Minutes" set to "0" in the Global Profit/Loss Management window. Refer to the following: Global Profit/Loss Management: Lock Trading >> Lock Time In Minutes Otherwise, the information shows that a Flatten command was given along with cancelling of the working orders. Was there an issue with the Flatten or Cancel? If so, then you would need to look at your "Trade >> Trade Activity Log" and look at the orders to do the flatten and cancel and see if there is anything noted regarding these. Note that it is not unusual for Rithmic to not respond in a timely fashion, so the Flatten and Cancel may have been sent, but not readily acknowledged by Rithmic. Or, you could have had a connectivity issue at that time, in which case the orders were not properly received by Rithmic.
