I am encountering a similar issue. I am attaching a screenshot of my trade service log that shows the loss management did trigger, but inexplicably cancelled the flatten position orders in the same second, and subsequently locked, then unlocked trading within milliseconds. Obviously, this is not something I am doing. Please advise. I am connected to Rithmic data feed. I am using trading symbols (charting NQ, executing on MNQ). I trade with my PnL hidden/concealed so failure for the max loss to trigger has been really damaging. Please see attached and advise. |
