I made the request because Current SC solution has no use for me a trader and other trading platforms use volume traded at a specific price as a trigger(which makes perfect sense as a discretionary trader in a fast moving market). Appreciate it if you can add this much needed feature to SC. The problem with a keyboard shortcut is that how would the price and volume be specified? Please see attached screenshots for clarification #1a Trade>>Trade Window for Chart>> Set Tab>>"Add new option for default volume size" (Just like we can change Quantity buttons) #1b To change that volume size on the fly on a chart can be same as you change order quantity on working orders on a chart/DOM. #2a Global Settings>>Customize Keyboard shortcuts>>Trading keyboard Shortcuts>> "Buy at price volume trigger" #2b Global Settings>>Customize Keyboard shortcuts>>Trading keyboard Shortcuts>> "Sell at price volume trigger" You do not have to make a distinction between Buy Stop and Buy Limit(Sell Stop and Sell Limit) because it can be handled internally by software depending on whether the working order position is above or below current price on the DOM. This way only 2 keyboard shortcuts(#2a & #2b) will do instead of 4. This will make the Ferrari/SC more maneuverable for car racer/trader... Thank you! |
