The option that was added was the following: Chart Settings: Display Price Scale Box for Order Line Price (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Trading menu) There is no reason to not be able to move orders up/down on the Chart DOM. It should function exactly the same as the Trading DOM. If you are having something else occur, then we need to know what is happening.
