Is it possible to create multiple separate volume highlight levels/backgrounds (10+, 20+, 50+, 100+, etc.) in the Time and Sales window?

There is no support for dynamically changing the colors of the Time and Sales through ACSIL. Is there any existing ACSIL example or custom Time and Sales implementation that supports independent text color logic and background highlight logic?
