These definitely come from the exchange but we are not sure we are using the microseconds, probably just milliseconds but we have to check on that.4. Any current or planned L3 access for CFE, even just yes/no? Are you referring to market by order data? This is definitely processed with CFE and relayed through. There should not be any filtering of this.
