Hello Sierra Chart Support, Hope you are doing well. I am currently using a demo account for testing purposes, and I am experiencing an issue where my chart appears frozen around the 4723.7 price area and is no longer updating correctly. Chart Information: • Symbol: GCM26-COMEX[M] • Market: COMEX 100 GOLD FUTURES GC Jun 2026 (Jun26) • Timeframe: 1 Minute Chart I also noticed that the platform displays “Delayed” data with approximately a 15-minute delay. I reviewed the Sierra Chart Help documentation regarding delayed data and believe the issue may be related to delayed exchange data catching up with historical data: Sierra Chart Help Topic 3.7 I have already tried: • Disconnecting and reconnecting the data feed • Reloading and recalculating the chart • Restarting Sierra Chart But the issue still remains. Could you please help me understand: 1. Why the data is delayed on my demo account 2. Why the chart appears frozen around 4723.7 3. Whether there is any missing market data permission or configuration issue Thank you very much for your support. |
