There are a number of issues occurring from what we see in your log. First, we are not seeing any issue connecting to CQG. What we do see, however, is that you do not have any active exchanges with your Denali Exchange Data Feed, and since we do not support data from CQG for the CME Group and EUREX, you will not get any data for these exchanges. You did have a CME Group exchange active in March, but it did not automatically renew on April 1, 2026, due to insufficient funds in your account at that time. You can activate the exchange(s) you want for the CME Group at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges -- We see the following in your log: Warning: The Custom DLL study "OFtenIndicatorSuite.scsf_StopRunV1" has just caused a CPU exception. *
Remove that study from your charts and restart Sierra Chart. Once a "CPU Exception" has occurred, you can not trust that the program will continue to work properly. You must restart Sierra Chart. And you need to remove that study from your charts so it does not continue to give you CPU Exceptions. You will need to determine why your code is causing that issue, if you developed this, otherwise, you would need to talk to the developer to have them determine why this is occurring. -- We see the following in your log: 2026-05-08 17:30:50.924 | ESM26-CME 1 Trades #11 | Reloading chart.
Chart #11 has the wrong symbol. The simplest solution is to select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service" to update any incorrect symbols to what is needed for CQG. -- We see the following in your log: 2026-05-08 17:36:31.797 | Chart: F.US.EPM26 [CB] 1 Min #12 | Study: MM_Model | Cumulative Delta Open data not found *
2026-05-08 17:36:31.797 | Chart: F.US.EPM26 [CB] 1 Min #12 | Study: MM_Model | Cumulative Delta Close data not found * | Number times message added: 28262 The study named "MM_Model" is having an issue and constantly reporting this to the Message Log. This is not critical like the CPU Exception, but it should be resolved by updating the code to avoid whatever situation is causing this. -- We see the following in your log: 2026-05-08 17:55:54.579 | CQG WebSocket socket (1) | Close event error. Windows error code 10053: Nawiązane połączenie zostało przerwane przez oprogramowanie zainstalowane w komputerze-hoście. *
This indicates some kind of connectivity issue. One or two of these may just be something transient and nothing to worry about, but if you see them constantly, then you are having a bigger problem. Refer to the following: Data/Trading Service Connection and Symbol Issues: 1.2. Network Communication or Server Problem For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
