I have an active Sierra Chart Package 11 account and activated Full CME Group with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts through Denali. My MES charts are still delayed by about 10 minutes and Sierra says I must connect to a live trading account at least once per month to qualify for lower-priced data.

I am using Ironbeam and have tried both SC Data and Teton CME Order Routing. The platform appears connected, but the non-professional entitlement is still not being recognized.

Can you verify whether my live trading connection is properly linked and what exact service/settings I should use for Ironbeam + Denali + Teton?
