"Buy Send Attached Orders at Current Pointer Price" is not the correct option to use. That specifically will send the Attached Orders, it will not open a position at the price you are pointing to. Refer to the following for information on the order type of "Send Attached Orders": Order Types: Send Attached Orders - Position/Price If you want to use your pointer to enter a trade, then right-click and select "Buy Market". If the option for "Buy Market" is not showing in your right-click options for trading, then add it to the "Customize Chart Trade Menu". Refer to the following: Global Settings Menu: Customize Chart Trade Menu (Global Settings menu) Depending on what you are doing, you may be wanting to use "Buy Limit" or "Buy Stop Limit". This is something you need to figure out for your trading purposes. As long as you have the option for "Use Attached Orders" enabled, then you will get an open position at the current market price (or a Limit Order at the pointed to price) along with the attached orders as they are setup in the Trade Window.
