Hello, good morning. Please I'm having problems accessing the footprint chart data that I was using when I first sign on to Sierra Chart. I'm finding it difficult to access the S&P 500, the GBP/USD, EUR/USD and the Crude Oil historical footprint charts. I'm currently learning how to trade in the financial markets with G7FX trading who introduced me to Sierra Chart. I'm obliged to do some exercises with the charts but I'm currently finding it difficult to follow due Sierra Chart not working. Your assistance in this matter will be greatly appreciated. Thank you. |
