I have a problem with Tradeify...i contacted already the support and went through ALL steps they provided me without success. Last answer was to contact SC directly as from their end everything is working fine. I come from TheFuturesDesk but they got bought by Topstep. The point is, connecting to Rithmic with TFD credentials works...the Tradeify credentials dont. Both for Rithmic.
