FFTrader, use volume at price and vol profile in Sierra Numbers Bars to find POC, VAH & VAL on charts varying in time frame from 50t to 30 min. Very useful in determining intraday trade set ups. The Steidlemayer video you found is aimed at an audience that already understands the basic concepts. These can be readily picked up from books such a Mind over Markets by Dalton and Jones.
