There is nothing we need to do regarding this. Do not believe AMP when they tell you this.

First, make sure that you have "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Clearing Firm" set to "AMP".

If that does not resolve it, then go back to AMP and have them verify that they have actually completed the setup for your account.

If they state that the setup is done, then have them double-check the Account Name that they have setup for your account. Your Account Name is what is used to connect your Sierra Chart software to the Teton Account. So if this is not correct, then you will have the issue you are having. Your Sierra Chart Account Name is the following with only the first and last letter showing:
Z******t

Again - there is nothing we need to do for this. We do not know why AMP continues to tell people that there is something that needs to be one on our end.
