There is no reason for there to be an issue, particularly if you are able to access the studies on one computer. Make sure that you are putting the .dll file in the 'Data' folder on the computer where you are having an issue. Otherwise, check the Message Log after you try to access the file and see if there are any messages in there that give an indication of what might be occurring. Anothing thing that you should check is that if you are using any tools that require a certain setup on the computer itself (items outside of ACSIL), then make sure that you have that setup properly for that second computer.
