We see the following in your log: BTCJ26_FUT_CME [CV] Renko 200t #1 | Date based rollover rule not defined for symbol. Unable to build continuous futures contract chart.
For some reason, the symbol setting for the Rollover Rule for that symbol is incorrect. Please edit the symbol settings for that symbol and set the option for "Rollover Method" to "Default" or select the "Reset to Default" button for it (depending on what version of the software you are running). If that item is already set to the default, then please deselect the option for "Use Custom Symbol Settings Values" and then see if you are able to get the data.
