We have noted the request for a global "New Bar At Session Start" option. We can not say when we can get to any particular request. With regards to the "Apply Intraday Session Times to Intraday Chart", that is an action option, in which you set it to "Yes", then select "Apply" or "OK" and then the action is taken (i.e. the Session Times as set in the Symbol Settings are applied to that chart). Then the option is set back to "No". So this is working correctly.
